By accessing faust.co.id or using CV Faust Technology services, you agree to these terms. Our services include consultation, design, installation, and maintenance of security, network, and automation systems.

2. Quotes & projects

Price estimates are indicative until a site survey is completed. Scope, schedule, and technical specifications are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.

3. Payment

Payment terms follow the project proposal (milestones/deposits). Late payment may delay material delivery or installation scheduling.

4. Warranty & support

Warranty follows manufacturer terms and the installation period stated in handover documents. Maintenance/AMC is available separately.

5. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for disruptions due to force majeure, third-party damage outside contract scope, or use of systems beyond agreed specifications.
